Hey @Algy thanks for your request.
I'm not sure what you mean by fix this. That message appear on kibana when you start it the first time, or on some specific upgrades.
The telemetry is disabled by default. You can opt-in clicking on the Yes button or via Advanced Settings. If you click No then that message will not appear anymore.
