Docker-compose.yml Fleet server failing to start

Good Day all,
I am working on setting up docker-compose for the elastic stack and I cannot seem to get the fleet-server component to work properly. The dcumentation seems a bit lack luster in this regard.

Below is my docker-compose file. After running docker compose up, the ES nodes and Kibana nodes all start. The process hangs after this, and the fleet server container never starts. any guidance would be most appreciated.
