Elastic Agent Integrations Failing to Update

Hello,

I am on 8.17.3 ES/Kibana
I attempted to reinstall and update some installed integrations and I keep getting errors:

Seems like not related to a specific integration but is preventing from reinstalling or updating integrations

I fixed it:
Like the error suggest a tag: 'Managed' (fleet-managed-admin) was preventing it.
I went to saved objects and deleted the tag and now its working.

seems like a bug introduced with 8.17.3
