Elastic and Kibana inaccesible from Elastic Cloud deployment

I just signed up for the 2 week elastic cloud free trial.

When I create a deployment, the urls for elastic search and kibana timeout. This happens on AWS and Google Cloud deployments.

I found this in common issues: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/cloud-enterprise/current/ece-issues.html#ece-aws-private-ip However, the issue occurs on both cloud platforms and I am unsure how to access my elastic cloud deployment AWS EC2 dashboard from elastic cloud.

The best way to resolve this is to contact Elastic Cloud Support through the administration portal. The link you posted is related to Elastic Cloud Enterprise, not Elastic Cloud.
