We are having several issues, but the most problematic at this point is that only I am able to see the cluster in cloud.elastic.co where as my coworkers cannot.
All of us can get into the Kibana, and we have set up the SSO for Azure AD.
We all have the same accessrights, except that I was the one that created the elastic cluster and everything.

I have tried to mail several times, how ever I never get help properly. That's why I posted here.
And I can't reach the support page for elastic users either. So I don't really know what else to do.
I only get "access denied" when ever i try to create a ticket.
