Elasticsearch 2 does not work with Kibana 3. You'll need to upgrade to Kibana 4.

With this configuration in elasticsearch.yml the kibana3 works:

http.cors.enabled: true
http.cors.allow-origin : "*"

Sorry, I didn't click on the link. Didn't realize it was a fork that supported Elasticsearch 2.0.
