When I start docker elasticsearch 6.3 with java 8, I see the following error message:

Any suggestion what am I missing?
In the documentation: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/monitoring-settings.html, the first line says:
By default, monitoring is enabled but data collection is disabled
What does this statement mean? Does it mean that with the basic version of elasticsearch I can no longer monitor a single cluster and visualize the data with kibana?
