I want to get an alert in my email by using an index connector.

Read:

Where is running your elasticsearch? On cloud.elastic.co? If so, you need at least a Gold level for email connector: Elastic Cloud Feature Matrix | Elastic

If not, you need a platinum license at least for the email connector on premise: Subscriptions | Elastic Stack Products & Support | Elastic
Note that you can activate a trial from Kibana.

I have a basic license.

So you will need to upgrade, or use the trial or build your own alerting system or use a 3rd party plugin.
