We use a trial key to test export to pdf functionality. I created a dashboard containing a graph and a datatable. In the dashboard the graph is shown and the full datatable is visible (a few 100 lines). When I create the pdf I get a document with 1 page containing the graph and the start of the datatable. Why does the document not contains more than 1 page so the full datatable is in the document. Or is this a restriction on the trial key?
No, this is how the dashboard reporting works. If your table is a saved search, you might be able to get around this limitation by doing a CSV reporting from Discover which is capturing the full result set (all pages)
