I have been going through eui components, there aren't any which can implement the functionality of Infinite scroll and carousel. Thinking of including them along with live documentation proposal. Any ideas?

See https://github.com/elastic/eui/issues/2900#issuecomment-590196796 for a rationale against carousels, and for accessibility reasons EUI has avoided using infinite scroll pagination.
