Heat Map not showing only data

Hello,

I have a heat map that only shows data and not the map behind it.

@BrunoC Would you mind opening your Developer Tools, and checking the "Console" tab after you've loaded the Dashboard?

If you're running Chrome, you can click on the little three dots in the upper right hand corner, select "More Tools" and then select "Developer Tools" as illustrated below:

Then once the Tools are open, you can click on the "Console" tab highlighted below with the red rectangle:

Do you see any errors similar to the following?

The Tile Map visualization requires access to the public internet to retrieve the maps from tiles.elastic.co, and it's possible that your network is either blocking these requests or you're disconnected from the internet.
