How to change ctx.trigger.trigerred_time to CST

I'm passing the ctx.trigger.trigerred_time in subject of my email in kibana watcher but it is showing time is UTC when i receive the email.
how to chane it to CST?

It is not possible at the moment, it is the same issue as the one in this post.

There is a github issue open about something that would allow you to do that, but it is still not possible.
