I'm looking for help on how to visualize case status (e.g., open, closed, in-progress) in either Canvas or an Elastic Dashboard. Specifically, I want to track and display case statuses in a clear and interactive way on my dashboard.
I came across a discussion from 2021 on tracking cases in a dashboard (link to discussion), but unfortunately, the method provided there didn't work for me. I suspect this might be due to changes in the platform since it's now three years old.
Has anyone recently managed to visualize cases and their statuses in dashboards or Canvas? If so, what are the steps or tools (Lens, TSVB, Vega, etc.) that worked for you? Any advice, tips, or updated methods would be greatly appreciated!
