How to import the DashBoards and Reports from Kibana 5.56 to kibana 6.5

Hi,
Previously, I have installed the Kibana 5.56 in which I created DashBoards and different charts. Now I have installed Kibana 6.5. So how to import all those reports and dashboards to a newer version.

I have exported the DashBoards and Reports from the older version i;e 5.56, I got the Json files. And after installing the newer version i have created the same indexes in Elastic Search 6.5 also. But i am unable to find a way to migrate the data to a newer version. So, Can anyone help me on this?
