How to understand the monitor metric “cpu Throttling”

Hi,all:
I have not set cpu limit for es node，why kibana report cpu Throttling in some es node？
And I don't understand this metric means.Can anybody help me？

Hi @ITzhangqiang,

Are you running the elastic stack inside of containers? And can you share your kibana.yml settings?

yes，I run the elastic stack in containers.I have found the cause of the problem,
I disable CFS quota on k8s,and it works.
