I am using aws es in that es version is 7.1 but some tools are not there in kibana 7.1 version compared to kibana 7.3.2 version.How can i resolve this

A lot of the features you are missing are part of the default distribution which is not available in AWS ES. If you need these I would recommend Elastic Cloud Elasticsearch service.

No, not on AWS ES as it requires the default Elasticsearch distribution. The plugins are available on 7.1 but only with the default distribution, so it is not about the version.
