I can't able to change the font size of Visualizations. Can someone help me here?
Also I want to change the percentage of pie charts to 1 decimal currently it is 3 decimals.

Adjusting the font size and customizing what's displayed is not currently supported. Feel free to open a feature request in our Kibana repo for the Visualizations team or, better yet, submit a PR!
