I want to pin down Elasticsearch during Ubuntu 18.04 to 20.04 upgrade

I'm trying to upgrade from ubuntu 18.04 to ubuntu 20.04 and I don't want my Elasticsearch version to change. We presently run on Elasticsearch 7.17.5 version and the upgrade is forcing a version change to 7.17.7 . We want to maintain the 7.17.5.
How do I pin down the version during ubuntu OS upgrade from 18.04 to 20.04?
