Import only a specific default dashboards

Hi there,
as you know there are ready to use default dasboards. Do you know a best practice or a trick to only import specific dashboards from the default ones?
For example: I would like to only import the metricbeat dashboards from the original collaction of the default dashboards. Any ideas?
