Is there any way for custom colors and themes in Kibana 4.3.0?
I want to customize bar colors....any help?
You can customise this in the new Timelion Kibana plugin but not yet in Kibana itself. There is a long standing Github request, Color palette selection #1362, regarding this. You can add your vote to the noise with a "+1" and track the issue with the rest of us

In Kibana 4.2, I was able to edit the index.js file to put in my own custom colors, is this no longer possible in 4.6?
The index.js file looks quite different.
