Kibana 4.1.1 pencil button not showing in indices page

I know field formatter is a new feature in kibana 4.1. I update the kibana from 4.0.2 to 4.1.1, but I don't see the pencil button in the indices page, so I am not able to format the field. Any ideas of it?

Caching issue? Have you tried fully refreshing the page?
