Kibana 4.3 - Include personal menu before official Kibana menu

Hello,

I would like to include the following menu http://tympanus.net/Blueprints/HorizontalDropDownMenu/ above the official Kibana menu . This would give this http://oi63.tinypic.com/1oqdlc.jpg

To do this I have tried to put an iframe to insert the menu. But this is not ideal.

I'd like to do the opposite . Include an iframe in Kibana menu that would show my personal menu .

Do you know what the file Kibana that I should change ? or is there another method?

I have Kibana 4.3.

Moreover, I try to delete the Discover menu. Its is possible ?
