Can We generate an alert by reading the log file if any error comes or displayed in kibana an alert mail can be send thorough kibana by viewing the log.
yes you can,for that you need to install SENTINL plugin in kibana.

How to install it and where i will get the file downloading and installation process.
for X-pack we need license and we need to pay for it.But specifically only alerting if we need to do than we can use SENTINL.Its open source ,use for free.
