Kibana email connector issues

Hey y'all :wave:

Wondering if anyone has experienced the same issue as me with setting up a email connector in Kibana while using the "secure" switch? I'm used to using just watchers and setting up alerts through that method and has always worked great for me, but I've been thinking of changing to using the new rules and connectors!

For context I am running a 3 node cluster with one server running Kibana with a elasticsearch coordinating node. My servers are running RHEL using FIPS modules and elasticsearch running fips node.

Below is my configuration using the using the secure mode with authentication
