Kibana ES Index Management option missing

I am using Elastic search and logstash for Metrics and monitoring.

In kibana->management tab i m getting only kibana index patterns. how to enable ES index patterns and watcher option .

Index management is available in basic license, which license are you using?

I am using paid Licence (Aws managed service) only .
