Kibana login problem

We are experiencing a problem when trying to login kibana 8.8.2, I could't find anythink, does anybody has an idea?

Welcome back! Does the problem persist when you clear your session? Do you have any custom plugins installed on your instance?

yes persists, There is no custom plugin.

ok, we figure it out, after upgrade the chrome browser from 83.0.xxx version to latest, kibana working now.
