Kibana lost services in apm after timerange extend

I am facing problem with disappeared services in Observability -> services
problem occurs when time range extend,

after changing to last 15 min

it also happens when extend to more time than 1-5 min

I observed that during changing services are visible for a microseconds and dissapeard

So when we keep the time range as 1 minutes & the OTEL service is visible.
What if we click on the service & than change the time range?
From the source where the APM is captured on that host for this particular service do you see any issues or it is running without issues?
Also if you could check the index related to this APM service & see the data available in that index ? do we have the data say for last 15 minutes?

No all data are pushed to the.ds-traces-generic.otel-default-2025.11.21-000003 index

Also if you could check the index related to this APM service & see the data available in that index ? do we have the data say for last 15 minutes?
