3 weeks into using Kibana, I started to have this weird issue...
Everytime I switch tab focus into a Kibana page, the whole page reloads.
It is quite frustrating and also data and time consuming.
Do you know what's wrong?

What is your browser? I'm wondering also what the Kibana URL is when you are switching from one tab to another.
May be your browser is sending a refresh operation as it tries to minimize the memory usage and offload the website in the tab?
That's a very good lead, I have just tried with Edge and I don't have this issue.
I use Google Chrome Version 125.0.6422.142 (Official Build) (64-bit).
First I've whitelisted Kibana in the performance settings.
Then I've deactivated both Memory Saver and Preload Pages in Chrome settings and yet the same reloading issue happens.
Anyone else ? At least now I know it's a browser related issue, thank you.
I have Version 125.0.6422.141 on MacOS and no issue on my side... My Kibana tab is using 440mb apparently.
Found the solution, one of my extension was causing the issue.
I cannot post link, but this topic from Google Support helped me.
Does this occur while using Incognito? If it does not occur, do the following:
