Question on Distros

I am fairly new to ELK, and I am having a hard time reconciling the different distros in my head.

Is the OSS distro: https://www.elastic.co/downloads/elasticsearch-oss

The same as the OpenDistro: https://opendistro.github.io/for-elasticsearch/downloads.html

If they aren't the same, what is the diffference?

Just pls briefly check internets regarding AWS's Open Distro.
Essentially: es-oss + Σ (other ASL third party plugin) = OpenDistro
