Note that there are a few questions that require only one answer (according to the question statement) but feature check boxes instead of radio buttons, which might make the user lean towards picking more than one answer instead of only one... my 2 cents

Yes noted Val. There is only 1 true answer for each of the questions!

Not sure why a couple of them show up as check boxes but unable to change it now as the quiz has been launched.

@Matthew_Carr can you please update your post to note this is being driven by your company, and what you're going to be doing with the details you collect as part of completing the quiz.

This quiz is posted on behalf of my company Savision which is a partner of Elastic. We do need to capture your contact details to take part in the quiz so that we can notify the winner.

If you do not wish to receive any follow up emails it is possible to Opt Out once you have completed the survey no problem.
