Timezone issue in Timelion

When using the "Today So Far" or "Today" interval picker in timelion, the day starts at 21:00 and not 00:00 as it is in the other panels of kibana created in visualize. The 21:00 comes from my time zone (-03:00 'America/Sao_Paulo'). I think that Timelion shows dates only in UTC.

Is there any workaround for this?

This is a known issue, https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/12678. Please commit on that issue with details on your environment, including system timezone of kibana server, system timezone of kibana browser, value of advanced setting dateFormat:tz, and such.
