I have set the value of network.host to '0.0.0.0' , 'global' , 'machine ip address' but nothing seems to work when I try to access Elasticsearch from network. I have tried some solutions available online but the problem remains. The same configuration has worked for me on previous versions of Elasticsearch which makes it more confusing.
Elasticsearch is accessible only on 'localhost:9200'. Kibana 7.7 is reachable just fine.
Please tell me if I am overlooking something critical or if Elasticsearch 7.7 requires me to do differently. I am using Windows server machine for this.
Can you connect to 0.0.0.0:9200 on the node itself, instead of using localhost:9200?
