X-pack not installed for Kibana 6.1.0

Hello,
I'm trying to install X-pack for Kibana (version 6.1.0), but after extracting the plugin, the next step (Optimizing and caching browser bundles) takes forever and nothing happened.

here the output:

I noticed also the size of the new version for x-pack is doubled!:
kibana-plugins/x-pack/x-pack-6.0.0.zip: 114MB
kibana-plugins/x-pack/x-pack-6.1.0.zip: 257MB!!!

Yeah. I'm hitting the same problem.
I think it's because there is now APM in x-pack which requires more time to optimize.
I heard that the team is working on a better way to do those optimizations.

But for now, we need to be patient I guess...

At the end, did you succeed in installing that?

No, I couldn't install it until now.

It worked on my end. May be ask as well in #kibana room and link to this thread? Unless someone here knows how to debug this?

It's just slow. It will be better in the future AFAIK.

yes, but 20min waiting time is too much, I'm trying to provision the installation via Ansible everything works fine except the x-pack for Kibana.
I hope it gets fixed soon.
