Elastic stack subscription with existing product

Hi all,

We have an on-premise software product, which will be provided to our customer. This software product will use / integrate with ELK features.

We would like to inquire below two cases :

  1. We will use Elastic subscription (basic), then copy a particular version of ELK software to a separate DVD, together with our on-premise software product DVD, deliver these two DVDs to our customer.
    Are we allowed to do above?

  2. We will purchase Elastic subscription (like Platinum) on behalf of our customer, then copy a particular version of ELK software to a separate DVD, together with our on-premise software product DVD, deliver these two DVDs to our customer.
    Are we allowed to do above?

If both of above are not allowed, what should be the appropriate solution for our use case. Any help is appreciated.
