Generally this sort of error is caused by a browser plugin blocking one of our resources.

Please try again with an incognito tab or with all plugins disabled.

I think Mark, this is caused by the fact we closed the #cloud forum

Please see https://www.elastic.co/cloud/as-a-service/support on how to raise a support ticket.

There's a link there that says "Open Standard Ticket" which leads to https://support.elastic.co/customers/s/login/

Concerning the topic starter's problem, this is also related: Geo-Coordinates - Behind Corporate Proxy

It seems that the IP address where the map is hosted, is listed by firehol as a threat, often used as input for ip blacklists: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/firehol/blocklist-ipsets/master/firehol_level1.netset

In my case, catalogue.maps.elastic.co translates to 216.239.38.21, one that's present in the blacklist.
