Kibana 5.1.2 press Management does not show Configure an index pattern page

Hi, team

I am a newcomer in Elastic software. Please look at my question about Kibana below.

When I press on the left-hand menu the option "Management" it shows:

In the video (https://www.elastic.co/webinars/getting-started-kibana) it looks differently:

As a result I cannot configure an Index Pattern. What is the reason and how to fix it?

The management landing page changed in one of the 5.x versions of Kibana. You'll just need to click the "Index Patterns" link. After you've configured one pattern, you can always configure more from the "Index Patterns" page by clicking the "Add New" button in the top left corner.
