I want to create a Data Table similar to Discover Tab in Kibana's Dashobard, but I can not find a way.
Do not have a way to create a table that only shows Data without aggregation?

I would like something that has a paging function like "Data table" Visualization and can be put into the Dashboard.
I can't seem to do what I want. ㅠ.ㅠ
Saved search on the Dashboard supports pagination, see image below:
Let me know if this for some reason is not working for you.

As Maja and Marco said, add fields and filter in Discover as you wish, save it. Go to the your dashboard, add it, you will have included the pagination.
If you need, there is a sample in at the bottom of eCommerce sample dashboard.
