Kibana does not store saved data

I would like them to help me, I am developing a project in the company to save a considerable amount of log (250 GB), every day I need to recreate the index of the same due to the disk space.

Every time I recreate the index, my dashboard and saved queries are deleted.

Is there any way to recreate the index and this data is not lost?
