Kibana Maps wrong encoding

Hello!

I have a problem with Kibana Maps character encoding.
Im using ElasticStack version 7.9.2 and when i load UTF-8 geojson file in Kibana Maps some of the characters look wrong.
If i update the maps index document with Elastic API then then characters look correct:

Before:

kibana encoding before

After:
kibana encoding after

P.S. Sorry i marked with red line wrong words, but you will get the idea.

Sorry for the inconvenience @tomsozolins , this is a known issue but still pending to be fixed
