In the kibana.yml file. It depends how you installed Kibana.

In 'Deployments-User-Edit-Kibana-User setting overrides', 'xpack.reporting.capture.timeouts.openUrl': 40000 was set. But the answer is 'xpack.reporting.capture.timeouts.openUrl': is not allowed
