xpack.reporting.queue.timeout has been edited to 30 Minutes and same problem,

Thanks for sharing @Mahmoud0x. I believe you have a decryption issue justing by the below in the logs:
Are you configuring the reporting.encryptionKey property, or have you changed it recently? Have you trying to access a report in a different space? I would check these things as per the below threads:
- Error: Unsupported state or unable to authenticate data
- Kibana errors after changing encryptionKey - Failed to decrypt "apiKey" attribute: Unsupported state or unable to authenticate data

Ok, did you follow the Resolution steps and the key rotation guide as listed in the issue?
Did you also set the decryptionOnlyKeys setting to have the old key?
If the
encryptionKeywas changed manually, make sure that the old key is set asdecryptionOnlyKeys, e.g.
