Kibana upgrade from 4.0.3 to 4.1.1 very slow

We were running Kibana 4.0.3 with good performance but after upgrading to Kibana 4.1.1 the browser seems to hang, sometimes reporting slow script warning. It eventually completes whatever action I started but it can takes tens of minutes. Are there any configuration changes I need to make along with the upgrade?

There shouldn't be.

Check the Elasticsearch slow log, there may be another reason.

Thanks for replying Mark. My 'slow' logs are empty though.

Turns out it was my browser. Firefox 25.0.0.5046 is incredibly slow while IE 10.0.28 is really fast. Not sure why.

That's a super old version of FF, you should really upgrade.

LOL! I would if I could. Our corp is a little slow on upgrades. IE is working for me so I'm ok for now.
