Monitor actions on Elasticsearch

Hi,

We have 1000's of index patterns created on our cluster and there are many people who access these patterns. but every now and then someone would either changes the Index pattern settings or someone will alter the default fields under kibana advance setting tab,

We want to give people access over .kibana index, so that they could create their own indexes but at the same time monitor if someone has changed some specific fields in advance setting section.

Right now when i check access log i can not see any log stating
indices: ../write/ on .kibana index

Is there any way to get logs , if something is changed on kibana?

Regards,
Amit
