Unable to set the date time range properly in Time Series

When I set a date range the TimeSeries is still displaying the graph from 2016 to now.

"Ignore global filter" option is set to "no".

Any idea?

Please share a screenshot of the other options you have enabled.

You can see below the options I've selected. All the other options are set by default.

I think the problem is with the Time field because It works fine if I change categories.created_at by created_at. Where created_at is the main time filed of the document and categories is an array of elements.

So, is there a way to count by date an array of elements inside a document?
