Upgrading Elastic Stack 6.4 to 7.2

Hi all,

We currently have Elastic Logstash and Kibana version 6.4 in our production. We need to upgrade it to version 7.2.

My question, is there any special method to achieve this task? What is best practice to perform this activity?
