Issue with bettermap / kibana

Hi,

I'm facing some issues with the plugin "bettermap" in Kibana. Kibana is not
able to load the background of the map. It seems that the API cannot (logs
from chrome) :

  1. Request URL:

https://ssl_tiles.cloudmade.com/57cbb6ca8cac418dbb1a402586df4528/22677/256/10/266/388.png
2. Request Method:
GET
3. Status Code:
403 FORBIDDEN

I tried to load the image directly in my browsner, and I raised the
following error : "Wrong apikey"

Any idea?

Hi Romain

This issue is fixed in master. cloudmade turned off public access, so we
have switched to the mapquest servers.

I'm still having this exact same issue:

Has this change gone into releases or is it still only in master?
